Task 1: Finalize the Queens Legacy Lab Community Enterprise Framework
The first priority is completing and formally adopting the Queens Legacy Lab Community Enterprise framework. This includes finalizing the program overview, purpose, operating model, human capital development model, staffing structure, leadership advancement pathway, institutional impact measures, and long-term vision. The completed document will serve as the official reference for grants, partnerships, recruitment, fundraising, and future program development.
Target Completion Date: July 20, 2026
Task 2: Refresh the Queens Legacy Lab Website
The Queens Legacy Lab website should be updated to reflect the organization's audit-ready framework. The website should clearly communicate the mission, vision, institutional impact areas, flagship initiatives, staffing structure, and long-term goals of the organization. All outdated language should be replaced with the revised workforce development and human capital development framework.

The webpage should function as both a recruitment tool and a public explanation of the initiative.
Target Completion Date: July 20, 2026
Task 4: Finalize Legacy Lab Branding
Official Queens Legacy Lab branding assets should be organized and finalized. This includes primary logos, alternate logo versions, social media graphics, website graphics, email signatures, and presentation templates.

Task 14: Secure Initial Community Enterprise Partners
The initiative should establish relationships with an initial group of business and professional partners who are willing to contribute opportunities, referrals, services, campaigns, or educational support.

The purpose of launch is not perfection. The purpose of launch is operation.
Target Completion Date: August 1, 2026
Task 21: Achieve the First Participant Payout
The first participant payout represents the most important milestone of the launch period. Once a participant receives income through the Queens Legacy Lab Community Enterprise, the initiative transitions from concept to reality.

Target Completion Date: September 30, 2026
